If you’re the very much sophisticated type of person, Cubao Expo also known as Cubao X might just surprise you, but in a good way. This was then called Marikina Shoe Expo and is composed of quirky and mind blowing galleries, exotic restaurant, trendy accessories shops, and bars that will charm you off your feet. Those novelty shops have rare and passionately created products, and events that will keep you awake all day and night.
Formerly known to be the Marikina Shoe Expo, this place delights itself in still a very vintage feel. One of the first things that may catch your eye was the succession of the antique shops having vintage cameras and telephones, CDs, cassette tapes, paintings, old magazines, dummy phones, and etc. Majority of the costumers find themselves lucky enough to know that vintage cameras especially lomo cameras are still existing.

Going inside the expo, you can see a lot of Ukay-ukay selling clothes, bags and shoes at very cheap prices. Most of the people enjoyed visiting expo because of these shops where they can purchase branded things without spending a lot. Also, being the original Marikina Shoe expo, many shoe stores are in line with the shops in this expo.

They sell different kinds of shoes both for men and women like school shoes, leather shoes, topsiders and many more which of course have world-class quality that is proudly made from Marikina.

Cubao Expo is a really great hideout for artists, collectors, fashion junkies and the like. They have the most unique, the weirdest, and the most artistic shops. They also have many bars inside and they gather more costumers at night. According to the costumer of Mogwai Bar, they prefer to spend their night life in cubao expo bars because their drinks are very much affordable.

Cubao Expo is basically a compound lined with different kinds of shops selling unique and cool stuffs. Though it has gone through many changes of its own over the years, somehow it still manages to reinvent itself as it has always been, a resiliency that is the trademark of the Filipino culture itself.
